AJ grew up around the car business and started in detail while still in high school. Since 2014, he’s worked his way up to become our General Manager—earning top salesperson honors, leading a successful sales team, and graduating from auto dealer college along the way.
Since 2004, Jeremy has been a key part of the Schwieters team. Starting as a master-level technician, he continued to grow his skills and advance through GM training. His dedication and expertise eventually led him into leadership as Service Manager. Now, with over two decades of experience, Jeremy takes pride in mentoring the next generation of technicians. “Schwieters helped me achieve both my technician and leadership goals. Being able to grow here and now work alongside my son has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.
Tyler joined Schwieters with the goal to better himself and achieve his life goals. He describes Schwieters as his “second family” that supports him and holds him accountable along the way. Tyler values the camaraderie and growth-focused environment, feeling accomplished but driven to keep progressing. “I don’t know where I would be today if it wasn’t for Schwieters.”
Chris began his career at Schwieters in 2004 at just 18 years old, with no college plans—just a strong work ethic and a goal to get started. Over the years, he’s grown through multiple departments, built lasting relationships, and found a fulfilling career close to home and family in his small-town community.
Will joined Schwieters in August 2024 as part of the Sales team and quickly was promoted to Business Manager in 2025. He thrives in Schwieters’ supportive, family-like environment and values the strong sense of teamwork across the company. “Schwieters has made what I once thought was impossible a reality. They help make dreams come true if you work hard and come in every day dedicated to your goals.”
Travis joined Schwieters in 2023 looking for a career path that could support his family and offer real opportunity. Since then, his strong performance and dedication have opened doors for continued growth. He’s passionate about helping guests find the right vehicle and making the process fun, easy, and stress-free. “I’ve learned so much here—both professionally and personally—and I’ve achieved goals I thought would take me years: I got married, bought a house, and a truck.”
