LJ took time (and not rushed) to run through my 2026 Traverse with me. Was driving a 2009 malibu for 15 yrs, so yeah, didn't even know how to put the traverse in reverse! pleasant experience all the way around. I will recommend Schwieters to others.

We had a great experience with Bon, Travis & Brock. We spent most of our time with Bon and honestly he was just really genuine and patient with us. We had three boys 4 and under with us and he handled the chaos extremely well. He had even set up extra chairs for the kids at his desk for us before arriving. When we came back the second time without the kids, he helped us with trying our car seats in the new car, etc. There were a lot of personal touches that made us purchase the vehicle from him. We weren’t in a rush and were willing to hold off until we really needed it, but we felt like the place and people were right and decided to purchase the Suburban. We appreciated Travis financial insight and Brock for swinging in to ensure all was well. Overall we were very happy with the dealership.

I worked with Hayden. This was a MAJOR decision for us as we only purchase a vehicle about once every ten years. I wanted to be extra slow and careful in making our move. Hayden immediately reached out to me but once he knew that we wanted space, he worked at our pace. After a couple of weeks, once we were ready to take the next step, Hayden met us with the cars that we had predetermined fit our needs. In the end, Hayden, with the help of Brock, showed us that the best bet for our family was to purchase a new Equinox and not a used one. Schwieters will get our business from this point forward. Logan Hansen, such a handsome young lad. I am certain all the middle aged ladies head his direction when they show up at Schwieters looking for a new car. What can I say, the guy knows his stuff. Everything went really smooth beginning to end. Logan went as far as making sure the vehicles we wanted to look at were pulled off the lot and set out front for easy access. He is very knowledgeable with all the new technology they put in the vehicles these days, which is good because "old dog, new tricks." Logan will be my salesman for the rest of my car buying career. Full disclosure, it helps that I know his parents. Though, we did not know that going into the process, and that has little to no bearing on my review of the excellent job Logan did. Travis did fine as well. I don't know his parents. Hope he caught more than bottle bass during his fishing excursion up North. Thank you Schwieters for giving us a wonderful buying experience. I can only assume we will get the same wonderful experience when working with the Service Department when the time comes. Thanks again.

It was about the condition of the car. I think it could have been handled differently but I guess not. After I lost 1/2 of my deposit I sent one of my best friends out there to buy an enclave and they did. Bob and Jean Clough. I could have said not to go there and they wouldn’t have. I believe when you give your word to someone you stand behind it. My fault not getting something in writing. Enough said. Lessons learned.

My experience at Schwieters Chevrolet was excellent! This experience reflected the way I was greeted while walking into the dealership, to the excellent qualified sales staff (specifically McKinley), and General Mgr. AJ. Once the car was purchased I met and was very impressed with the qualified Service Technicians (specifically Neil) who completed the prep work on the car to get it ready for pickup. All the staff I came in contact with were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any question I may have had. This dealership is well managed with impressive people that operate within it.
