Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring. We rated our experience an 8 out of 10 primarily due to the length of the financial process and the pressure we felt regarding extended warranties. On the day we purchased our vehicle, we spent more than three hours at the dealership. While we understand that certain aspects of the process may be outside of the dealership’s control, we believe there may be opportunities to streamline the financing portion to create a more efficient experience for customers. Additionally, our rating reflects our experience during the discussion of extended warranty options. Although we understand the value of these warranties and why they are presented, we made it clear early in the process that we were not interested. Despite this, we felt there was continued pressure to purchase an extended warranty package, which detracted slightly from an otherwise positive experience. Overall, we appreciate the service we received and were satisfied with our purchase, but we believe improvements in these areas would enhance the overall customer experience. Lastly, if we had to rate our salesperson(Devin) we would rate him a 10/10. He went out of his way to make our experience a great one!

It was fantastic! Bon "sam 😊" was so helpful ! We were a complicated / uncertain on which way to go sale . We got are answers taken care of . We really wanted to stay local and they went above and beyond to make this happen. We never felt like we were a pain " we were" with all our questions and figuring out how to get our truck back to pick up our new truck. They went 100% beyond our expectations to help us out. I called the dealership and checked with my service advisor Scottie L about getting my truck in for oil change and vehicle inspection. I was given a time for the following day that fit just fine. I was greeted by Scottie as soon as I entered the service dept. We had our usual welcome small talk and I found a place to hang out along with a cup of (bad) coffee (actually a half-a-cup) that's how bad it was. About 45 minutes later my truck was ready to head out the door. Thanks Scottie!

Service department was prepared for me, immediate access into the reception area, (exceptionally clean, organized, and managed), was greeted promptly by the service advisor (Eric), reviewed the work order and asked about any other concerns, received updates during service and at completion of work, estimate was sent in advance (no surprise charges), payment process was easy and fast, vehicle was kept clean during process and parked at door for easy departure. The lounge was comfortable and beverages appreciated! The entire experience was relaxing.

Logan Hansen, such a handsome young lad. I am certain all the middle aged ladies head his direction when they show up at Schwieters looking for a new car. What can I say, the guy knows his stuff. Everything went really smooth beginning to end. Logan went as far as making sure the vehicles we wanted to look at were pulled off the lot and set out front for easy access. He is very knowledgeable with all the new technology they put in the vehicles these days, which is good because "old dog, new tricks." Logan will be my salesman for the rest of my car buying career. Full disclosure, it helps that I know his parents. Though, we did not know that going into the process, and that has little to no bearing on my review of the excellent job Logan did. Travis did fine as well. I don't know his parents. Hope he caught more than bottle bass during his fishing excursion up North. Thank you Schwieters for giving us a wonderful buying experience. I can only assume we will get the same wonderful experience when working with the Service Department when the time comes. Thanks again.

It was about the condition of the car. I think it could have been handled differently but I guess not. After I lost 1/2 of my deposit I sent one of my best friends out there to buy an enclave and they did. Bob and Jean Clough. I could have said not to go there and they wouldn’t have. We had a great experience with Bon, Travis & Brock. We spent most of our time with Bon and honestly he was just really genuine and patient with us. We had three boys 4 and under with us and he handled the chaos extremely well. He had even set up extra chairs for the kids at his desk for us before arriving. When we came back the second time without the kids, he helped us with trying our car seats in the new car, etc. There were a lot of personal touches that made us purchase the vehicle from him. We weren’t in a rush and were willing to hold off until we really needed it, but we felt like the place and people were right and decided to purchase the Suburban. We appreciated Travis financial insight and Brock for swinging in to ensure all was well. Overall we were very happy with the dealership.

I worked with Hayden. This was a MAJOR decision for us as we only purchase a vehicle about once every ten years. I wanted to be extra slow and careful in making our move.
