I brought my car in several months ago...
I brought my car in several months ago because the hood latch wouldn't work. I was told that it unhooked from the latch and that it would be fine now. Well, that didn't last and when I brought it in again, I was told it would cost me $150 to fix it. I called the service manager at Schwieters in Cold Spring and he checked my records and took care of it for me. Even though my favorite salesman, Greg Doucette, has left Schwieters now, this kind of service will make me return to there when I buy my next new car.

We did great in Sweiters shop. Our last car came from there. It was only serviced there. So when we decided to buy Sweiters was the only place we went. John Kiess helped us and couldn't have done more for us. John spent as much time with us as we needed to learn about how to run the car.I have been driving it and am really enjoying it. I always recommend going to Sweiters in Cold Spring.I love the color(steel green). We get lots of coments on the color so we did good. Renee

Your service advisors and technician;...
Your service advisors and technician; release all my stress. They are fast, efficient; and care about MY problems. They corrected th XM radio and ONSTAR. They went a step further; and informed me what their next step, would be; if it did not correct. Alot, less stress, IF, it recurs.
